Physical condition of hotel is so-so Rooms tiny
position is ok. room size is ok. stuffs are helpful.
the shower holder was broken. the duvet looks dirty.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed it and regret making this choice. The hotel room was infested with bed bugs and I checked out early morning to avoid being further bitten by the creatures.THIS Hotel should be reported to the health & saftey authorities. . I am sorry to see such hotels still exist.
the toilet was the best feature of the room and the staff was very polite and helpful
the curtains were filthy and the room too small occupied completely by the bed
Location and price. For an ensuite double room the price was very good.
Ok it was cheap but the breakfast could have been a little bit more imaginative and the breakfast room laid out better.
good location from the airport and to get into town
the choice of breakfeast
Room quite small
¨close proximity to exhibition centre
breaktast horrible with re-used juice and butter from the previous days. We tried it once and then ate out the rest of the time. Water pressure in showerlow and water temp changing a lot
one night noisy in adjacent bedroom until midnight.
The room was impeccably clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was reasonably quiet...for London.
