This is a very basic hotel in overpriced London where hotels are dear.My room was size of garden shed and all was very basic ; just enough place to fit small bed , small wardrobe , and night table but there was adjacent shower which was great to have ( nice warm water ) and for one night it was ok . I had to catch train to Wales in the morning so it was great to be able to walk only 8 min to Euston station and when I arrived in the night hotel was 2 min walk from St. Pancrace.Receptionist was friendly and basic breakfast was included.Kettle and tea and cofee bags in the room too.For one night it's ok .
Room I had ( nr. 1 ) was far too small.
Hotel was very clean Receptionist was very helpfull
Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.
I have stayed in cheaper hotels that were far better. There was no internet in the rooms; you had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the one ethernet cable that everyone had to wait to share, with no privacy. The "free breakfast,' i never had, because it was just a room with 3 or 4 round tables, that were full of families when i got there, so i had nowhere to sit and you had to wait to order from the one woman working in the kitchen. Also pillows were flat.
Location to railway and tube stations
Breakfast was piping hot. A great start to the day
There was a distinct lack of toilets to cover the 3 floors
only the nearest tube
worst and little room, old carpet, wait for having breakfast in a little room with few tables
It was quiet, and clean.
heating on late at night
Nice staff, clean room, the hotel smelled clean and was sited in a good area close to the tube station.
The breakfast room was very small and there was a queue every morning. Thin walls in room. We could hear the other guest speak in the other rooms.
We were allowed to check in when we arrived early to the hotel, clean room, substantial breakfast.
The room was small.
