Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent and convenient location, especially for access to major train stations and city attractions. Many found the rooms spacious and the beds comfortable, with several positive mentions of cleanliness. However, there were notable complaints about service, particularly regarding billing issues, slow or inattentive staff, and problems with service charges.
