Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to major train stations like King's Cross and St. Pancras, making travel around London very convenient. The staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several reviewers highlighting positive experiences with housekeeping and early check-in. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many guests noting that rooms and bedding were well-maintained. However, many reviews mention small room and bathroom sizes, lack of elevators, and occasional bathroom maintenance or odor issues. Despite these drawbacks, the value for the price and overall experience are viewed positively by most guests.AI-Generated from customer reviews
