It is very near the train/underground station, which makes it very convenient to travel to and from the airport (Gatwick, in our case) and to the center.
The room was too small for a family of 4.
the staff are very nice and helpful
The receptioninst on duty was helpful and friendly and did his best to change me to a bigger room however i had to pay extra and the room was still extreemly poor quality.
The decor and furnishings were very poor quality.
The location was so good!Because despite it was first day of staying London, I was able to find the Hotel quickly, it was just across the road of the Kings Cross station. I could walk to British Museum, Covent Garden, and various city center of London! I think it was fair for the fee.Breakfast was good!
I stayed bymyself and booked one single room with shared bathroom. The room size was Ok for me ,but I think it would'nt be enough space ,if you have very huge suit case. And shower room was easily be wet because the shower curtain was not long enough. And then there was no lift besides the stair was so narrow so it was too difficult for me to take my heavy suit case to my room on the 3rd floor.
location to tube station
Condition of bedrooms was poor. Was not impressed with dining facilities.
Close to Tube Station
The breakfast room is too small.
Ease of access to Underground
Receptionist - very nice and helpful. A tidy and spacious room. A nice bathroom. Lots of shelves. Comfortable beds. And - close to the London centre.
Russian girls serving the breakfast should know some good manners (do not talk aloud or quarrel in their language during the quiet breakfast).
free WLAN, location
"room" too little, very noisy
Bien situé, accueil sympathique, excellent petit déjeuner anglais - Good situation, friendly staff, excellent english breakfast.
Double window, but one of them didn't totally close ! We're just next to Euston Rd, one of the noisiest road of London... take your ear plugs with you.
