The wifi didn't work the whole time I was there, which is pretty unacceptable.
Very overpriced. Rooms look nothing like their picture.
Area safe and convenient. Location central.
I stayed there for six nights. Very overpriced for London. Please look at the photos I posted of our room. That is what the rooms truly look like, nothing like they look like on the website. Peeling wallpaper, old mattress, outdated furniture, no safe in the room, rude front desk.
Value for money in great location
Hotel in amazing location close to everything- great parks, transport, restaurants, pubs etc - room was small but comfortable- breakfast really good - would definitely stay again - for the price value point it’s fantastic
Place is a bit dated but this also is part of its charm
Park Lane Mews London
The location is excellent. The breakfast was outstanding. The rooms are clean but a bit small. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. The room had a hair dryer but no iron. Straight behind the hotel is a movie theater and several great restaurants close by. I loved the Kings Arms Pub.
I only had I think 10-12 tv stations and no cable news. The internet was ok but it went down for a full day. They said they were trying to repair it and it took 24 hrs. The room was a bit warm, it was November so I thought I would open the window. It was screwed closed. The lights on the front of the hotel would shine into the room at night. Even with the curtains it was BRIGHT! Spent 4 nights.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good for central London.
Lack of parking. Perhaps a deal with local car parks so not paying £40 plus per night.
Great location easy business hotel
They had no idea about my cancelation with Kayak for the final three nights and just told me I prepaid the entire stay. I called Kayak and confirmed cancelation and was told the desk staff just do not know a bit stressful.
location location location!!!
hotel is really tired looking. No hot water for bath!Found empty wine bottels in room!Maid left master key in our room-not godd security. restaurant does indian buffet only.€570. for 3 nights. Not value for money at all.Paying for location-Which is ideal!
Pleasant and in a good location close to public transport. Expensive for one overnight stay. Couldnt pay bill in Euro.
The price of one overnight stay seemed excessive
at GBP 169 great price/quality
hotel staff was really helpfull, the location of hotel was nearby the most tourist attraction of the city.
The location. .
The hotel was really poor and definately not a 4 * hotel. Everything was really old and the wooden furniture was not even painted. The shower and bath were crap and it took quite long until there was hot water. It was not a 4 * hotel, but if it was categorized/priced 2* it would be fine thanks to its location
The location was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful
off main road Taxi s was hard to locate
situation and friendliness
Awful, very unpleasant stay.
everything, particulary the ridicoulous people working there
