Pros (+) Staff was very, very friendly and gave details on how to work the lights inside the room, which I was sure to be confused about (because you need to insert your key card to use the lights). They also gave me an extra towel when they saw that two of us were checking in. I appreciate how observant they were.
Cons (-) Not only was there no shampoo in the bathroom, but the previous guest's used shower gel was still inside the room, with what looked like dried blood or possibly lipstick smeared on the outside. It looks like the staff didn't clean the room thoroughly which made me paranoid the whole time. The room was insanely small. The outer wall of the pseudo-bathroom came right up to the bed.
