We were left alone by the staff, but all queries were answered immediatly. They stored our luggage before Check-in so that we could explore. Tesco's is right next door and Oxford street, Madame Tusaude's and many pubs/resteraunts are all within a 5-10min walk.
We were charged twice for our accomodation. I paid in full when we arrived but was chared also on checkout. Pretty sure its just a computer glitch but it can be costly for people with exchange rates to consider. I have only just discovered this error and have emailed the hotel - I'm hoping the situation can be rectified asap...
