What a good find, it maybe a 20 min tube ride to the City, but the tube is only about 200 metres away and its only a 10 min walk to the railway station with a direct link to St Pancras. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was the best continental breakfast we have ever had in this country.
Our room was immaculate and comfortable with a luxury choice of fabrics. Although not a huge room, the use of space was ingenious and gave us all and far more of what we expected. The ensuite shower room was exceptionally maintained. The continental breakfast was far more than expected with choices of cold meats, cheese, smoke salmon and very fresh fruits plus all the usual fayre. What we perhaps most appreciated was the leisurely and generous breakfast times - no need to rush out of bed! All staff were most helpful and pleasant. Being able to park our car was a definite added bonus and the location was excellent. We would most certainly stay at the Hide again. Thank you to every one.
Everything was brilliant, really. The breakfast was first-rate, the staff who checked us in and out was really friendly, and the room was lovely. I also loved the biscuits and teas and slippers they provided us with...
It would be nice if breakfast started slightly earlier; it started at 8:00, and we had an early-ish plane to catch on the last day of our stay, so a 7:00 or 7:30 breakfast start would have been ideal. Great breakfast though!
The Hide was a great place to stay, 25 minutes from the center of London on the Tube and 2 minutes away from the tube station. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the rooms were clean, classy and comfortable. Breakfast was the highlight to me, it offered a lot of choice and all of it was fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel and go back.
none, all was good.
delightful decor, friendly staff, nice breakfast
no heating in the bathroom !!!
I thought the Hotel was amazingly unique and also very clean, the contemporary style was mind blowing.....lovely..
The entrance was extremely small to get a space to park, parking facilities not really appropriate for a 4 star hotel..
This hotel was so clean, the staff very friendly, I will stay here whenever I visit London, it was an amazing place
There are no bad points
