Guests say
Overall, guests were highly satisfied with the hotel's service, frequently praising the friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. Cleanliness was another standout aspect, with many reviews highlighting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The location was generally appreciated for its convenience, especially for those attending events or seeking proximity to local attractions, though a few found it less ideal for public transport. Spacious and comfortable rooms were also a common positive, with several guests mentioning large beds and bathrooms. While there were occasional criticisms regarding breakfast, noise, or specific amenities, the majority of feedback was overwhelmingly positive, particularly regarding service and cleanliness.
