Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially for train stations and football events. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, and some guests found the beds uncomfortable. Service was often described as lacking, with unhelpful or unfriendly staff and limited cleaning services.
