The location is very good.
The walls were paper thin and you could always hear people in the rooms next to ours. We had a mosquito problem in the room.
hair dryer is poor.
the breafast is really for every taste, all the staff of the reception is really helpfull and professional
tv could be better
We paid extra for royal executive and that meant that we dealt with a special staff on the 5th floor. They were extremely friendly and helpful, but I do not know how the regular staff was. The jacuzzi in the spa area was nice. I liked the executive lounge, but it was a pity that I could not make tea myself there while there was a coffee machine, but the service there was good.
We paid extra for the executive lounge and asked for non-smoking and for a baby crib, since we have a baby. We received a smoking room and no carriage. I have stayed with several 4-star hotels and they always gave use cribs and they usually gave use bigger rooms than normal. Although the staff was nice and arranged for us to move to a non-smoking room on a different floor, we did not ever get a crib and the rooms were smaller than a 4-star hotel. One expected executive rooms to be larger than normal, but the only difference was that the writing table was L-shaped rather that square and since we had to move into a normal room to get non-smoking, we did not even get this advantage. The pool closes early on weekends and should be booked.
The private reception on the 5th floor was very good
Misleading when it says a private sauna and jacuzzi. Disappointed with the room
