This is a new hotel. The hotel is plain, simple and clean. It offers good value for money. Staff were very pleasant indeed.

Room design and its cleanness.
The hotel is far from city center. Good for a business trip, not a city trip.
Brand new hotel, luxurious, spacy rooms, very good value (guess that depends on the actual rates you get, but for around eur 60,- it is a good deal. Helpful staff.
Getting to downtown is either expensive (taxi) or takes long (50 minutes by bus, which is actually very cheap).
Very lovely room and big comfortable bed.
Although booking site said we will pay at hotel, hotel had already charged my card prior to arrival.
This is definitely one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The description doesn't do it justice as the excellence of this hotel doesn't come across. Squeaky clean, spacious, everything thought out, classy decor. Staff professional and welcoming. Well worth the money.
The two things I would improve are the restaurant food (specifically the salad bar) and internet speed. The internet was OK but could benefit from being faster - since this is a business hotel I think this is really important. Also, connection is made by cable (provided by reception) and not WiFi, it would be good if WiFi was an option. Nevertheless these are minor points compared to the superb quality this hotel delivers.
OK for Businesstrips, very good breakfast, comfortable beds, windows can be opened, although air condition available
Haven't tried the restaurant (= breakfast room), which's furnishing is a bit too basic for a decent dinner my taste.
