Beautiful, chic hotel!
Top notch for a European hotel in terms of cleanliness and design. The location is not ideal, but taxis were easy to come by. Architecturally it's stunning.
The rooftop pool is subpar (tiny) and has woefully inadequate seating.

Excellent staff
As other people have said, it is the staff at this hotel that were really great and I have told people about it that I would not normally tell or make comment to. If all hotels used this one as an example of how to deal with customers from the point you enter it, travelling would be a lot more pleasant. It is the little things that they do so well and always cheerfully, they respond, they are good at what they do from the restaurant to the bar to reception and the doorman and porter. I dont know how they do it, but they need to keep the secret and keep it going!!

At EUR 22 plus per person, breakfast is too expensive. It is good, but out of proportion with what you get ...which ios a good breakfast.
