Pros: The location was perfect as it was walking distance from main attractions.
Cons: The staff charged for breakfast when we didn't even attended the breakfast neither we called for breakfast in the room.When I challenged it they took off the charges. My family checked out of one room a day before and they were charged extra too. They were running late for the airport so they paid without checking exactly. But next day when I checked out and asked them to produce the evidence of me or my husband in the breakfast room or the call recording of the phone if we called for breakfast in the room. All of a sudden the staff took off all the charges. This makes me think that my family has been charged extra too as they didn't check

Pros: Great rooms, very cozy hotel, and in a great location.
Cons: Very limited internet, it actually didn't work for most of my stay. Check in was delayed, there were a lot of exhausted travelers waiting for their rooms.

Pros: Four star hotel at a very reasonable price I met the manager James and he was very helpful and friendly and very young. I was at the hotel lfor 10 days and had no complaints. Miquie and German who preped the breakfast were very cordial and polite and smiley and the coffee was good too ....
Cons: Good thing there was no noise the hotel is on a quiet street even can't hear the neighbors next-door......

Pros: Clean, modern accommodation, well-tended by maid service, very comfortable bed. Service at the desk was very helpful and they were very attentive, spending as much time as I wanted for information and suggestions. Comprehensive breakfast buffet for 13 euros. Location in the center of Madrid is really excellent—close to main Metro stop and most sights within reasonable walking distance. Oh, and the shower was luxurious!
Cons: Not much to fault at all. In fact—no complaints at all.

Pros: The most important bene fit fo me was shuttle to and from Madrid airport. Also turned out to be. A 10 minute safe walk to a huge shopping mall where there were restaurants tht served food all day and I did not have to wait for the typical late opening time for the onsite restaurant. The hotel fwas very comfortable and well appointed. The staff was very helpful.
Cons: Breakfast although good selection and convenient was an extra 15 Euros which I did not realize.

Cons: bathroom was badly designed , no room for the legs when sitting on the toilet, the shower screen simply did not work leaving a flood of water every morning
