It's very dated. Clean but uncomfortable
Large comfortable room, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. Pleased with the hotel itself good for Manchester airport.
Hotel transfer by taxi to the airport was 35 minutes late and caused a lot of anxiety for a number of us. Need to get an arrangement with a reliable taxi firm.
Staff were really friendly rooms were clean and comfortable. Drinks reasonably priced cooked breakfast was lovely good choice
Very hard bed
I have slept on floors that have been more comfortable then this bed.
Very uncomfortable and not worth the money.
Awful place. Rude staff, poor food, room had no heating, clientele was primarily chavs. Atrocious visit.
not enough bar stewards, there was a wedding going on and it took a while to be served
Like the ambience of the hotel room was good but not cleaned properly. Had a nice sleep and good value for money
Room floor had cigarate boxes and chewing gum waste. TV remote was not working and bath tub had cracks.
The carpark had plenty of spaces and the room was spacious
The hotel staff had shocking interpersonal skills and the the atmosphere around reception was not good.
Friendly and helpfull staff in the restaurant
Small rooms and dificult to find.
No city maps available at the reception desk
Yes the fire alarm going off during the night. This happend twice. On each night of stay
The atmosphere was generally peaceful. I like the use of the mirrors on the walls. It helped to create a more 'homey' atmosphere.
Had to go outside the building to make any telephone contact via mobile phone.
Central location & proximity to our reason for visiting Manchester
Room condition only 'fair' - condition of bathroom was poor with mould in the corners and non functioning extraction sytem. Hotel tried to charge extra for the breakfast which was inclusive with the room charges.
The rooms' first impression was poor, it had an old smell about it, there was mould and milddew around windows. the bathroom was out dated by about 20yrs. I'm just glad I wasn't entertaining anyone at the time as this woulkd have been a very poor show.
