Excellent 10.0
Pros: Just everything!
Cons: Nothing I would really complain about
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This property was brilliant in all respects. Laurence and her team make you feel welcome from the minute you step in the Riad. It feels more like a family that you are part of. A beautiful quiet place but so close to see everything in the Médina. We had dinner on the roof top two of the three nights and the meals there were better than any of the restaurants we visited in Morocco. If you have time take the day tour they organise to Atlas Mountains, you won’t be disappointed. We highly recommend the stay here and we hope to be able to visit again one year.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Laurence and Said made our stay in Marrakech absolutely perfect! The Riad is lovely, well decorated and with private hammam swimming pool and terrace with a suggestive view on the main mosque. Our room was big and cozy but the real surprise was the private bathroom, amazing! Perfect location. Few minutes walking from the market and the main square but incredibly quite One if the cleanest place we ever been. Private hammam and massage worth the price and both breakfast and dinner served there are delicious. They can easily help you organise your stay including excursions and helpful tips such as restaurants and place to visit. Don't bother to look for another place in Marrakech. We will definitely come back! What made the difference was the staff, friendly and always ready to help you with everything. We have been given a phone to communicate with the riad in case we needed anything and we really appreciate that.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was fabulous - the Riad, the room , the location , the wonderful home-cooked food and the very friendly, efficient staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: - lovely host and staff who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable - including giving us an actual mobile phone with local SIM card in case we need help at any point! - beautiful, immaculate riad, with a wonderful, calming atmosphere and attention to detail, with lots of spaces to relax at (by the pool, on the rooftop, on sofas..) - fantastic location - quiet alley minutes away from main tourist spots - on-site hammam, spa, jacuzzi - yummy breakfast with local products - they can also organise dinner, excursions, taxi to the airport, etc. for you
Cons: - wasn't a problem for us, all the guest were super quiet and discreet, but bear in mind the rooms aren't all too soundproof (sounds carries especially from the mosque next door) so bring earplugs just in case - could do with proper mugs and teaspoons, again super minor comment
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location for seeing the city and experiencing a traditional Moroccan Riad. Initially we were not sure whether to book a hotel resort but we were both very glad we didn't. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained (fully rennovated within the last 10 years), WiFi speeds were fine, breakfast was fantastic, the roof terrace was perfect for relaxing after a long day and the staff were lovely and they genuinely care about their guests. We visited in January where temperatures ranged from 5-25 degrees for night-day and the climate control in the room kept it at comfortable temperatures. We had a late return flight and our bags were looked after at the Riad while we had a full day of sightseeing, on returning we were treated to complimentary tea and fruit while we waited for our taxi. The location allowed us to see everything on foot apart from the day trip we took to the Atlas mountains which was organised at the Riad. I would recommend booking transport with the owners (we didn't) as the Moroccan side streets aren't wide enough for taxis to drive you to the door (this will be the case for any Riad) which meant we had to navigate a small distance to the door (not so easy for first timers!). I would strongly recommend downloading offline maps on Google Maps before you leave your home country or you'll be sure to get lost at some point. Google Maps has the mazes of Moroccan streets exactly right and GPS tracking (no data) was very accurate. Apple maps was all over the place don't waste your time with it. As English speakers we had no issues in Marrakech although French is more widely spoken, and learning a few basics in Arabic phrases will be taken kindly.
Cons: We were told the Jacuzzi wasn't working which was a bit of a shame.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: An authentic Riad nicely decorated, comfortable beds, NO noise, & delicious food. The outstanding staff, Karim & Rashida, made my stay the best in Morocco. Easy check-in & out, and the pool was terrific (COLD) after walking around all day in 47° heat. To me there’s no other place to stay in Marrakech.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: That is the case when hotel personnel made your trip unforgettable. The manager, Karim is the first-class host: - maximum helpful person, careful and always ready to support 24/7 (info on the city, infrastructure etc) - organized for us a perfect trip to Merzouga and car rental. Has a lot of entrusted people in the team - we felt ourselves definitely special guests. We travel a lot bit this was irregularly great Beautiful riad, tasty and flexible breakfasts, perfect location close to Bacha palace and automobile road
Cons: Difficult to state something here
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Despite all the limitations associated with covid, we were welcomed in this wonderful riyad. it is in this place that you will be heard and helped. here you will find rooms for every taste. here is the most caring staff who thinks first of all about you, not about their own benefit, and that's great. I express my deepest gratitude to this place.
Cons: there is nothing that we would not like. everything was great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is truly beautiful. Karim was very helpful from the second we booked the hotel - he arranged our transfer from the airport and also suggested excursions and day trips for us to check out before we arrived. The rooms are traditional and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We were welcomed with open arms and all the staff are very friendly and honestly cannot do enough for you. The hotel is in a great location - very close to the markets and a very short ride away from a lot of the typical excursions (we did the Quad/Buggy rides). There are many delicious traditional restaurants within walking distance, and we also spent an evening chatting with other people staying at the hotel on the rooftop drinking wine and enjoying the sunset which was lovely. We were unfortunate to spend part of our break very concerned about Coronavirus and whether we would be able to return home as planned, however Karim kept our spirits high and made sure we enjoyed the rest of our stay. We were very lucky to have found such a lovely place to stay - thank you.
Cons: It is impossible to fault this hotel and the staff - very highly recommended.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: When you try to find the riad, do not trust Maps.me, because it shows not the correct placement of the hotel. Use google maps. When you get into medina streets, there will be lots of men who will want to help you find the riad for money, they will say that your GPS doesn’t work in the medina. That is not true. You can pay them to get help, or just spend additional 10-15 minutes and find it by yourself. Look for the door with number 188. The riad inside is extremely beautiful. We were welcomed with delicious mint tea. Riad is quiet place so you can have some rest. The rooms are small, but everything is clean and neat. The breakfast is wonderful too. There is also a possibility to have dinner for 20euros. Lovely stay, definitely amazing place to visit. Too bad we had only one day.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I very much appreciated the courtesy of the staff and their disposability answer our questions and accomodate all of our requests. The riad is cozy, clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing, with little birds singing in the courtyard.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very clean, good friendly staff and excellent breakfast
Cons: If you are a big guy like me then the short doors and narrow toilets might be too much, in addition the internet connection was a bit flakey but since I was disconnected was not too important
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Asma, our Host had been very helpfull, sat with us the day we arrived and gave us helpful tips and recommendations. The riad is very cozy, clean and very well situated. The breakfast was amazing. Home made youghurt was excellent and so was pastry and everything else. I appreciated that it was possible to arrange different time for breakfast every day , which helped us lot in our schedulle. Definitely a place to return when visiting Marrakech again. Thank you Asma.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. The employees of the hotel were very kind and were doing everything g to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Okay 4.0
Cons: I would not get back here again, there are so many options in the city fare more better and same or less expensive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Interior of the rooms, the staff!, breakfast served on table of your choice. Perfection!
Cons: Bit of noise from building site next door.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, the staff very friendly and attentive, the pool and restaurant areas gorgeous and the food is great. I can not say enough wonderful things about this hotel. One of the best stays I’ve ever had anywhere and I’ve stayed in some of the best hotels in Europe and the States.
Cons: I liked everything about this property.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was plentiful and an excellent choice as well as quality.
Cons: No proper shower glass or curtain; consequently, the water splashed onto the floor
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The garden is magical. Excellent breakfast. Great restaurant. The staff was super helpful and kind, without being invasive. We stayed here for our last day in Marrakesh, and the place made it even harder to leave.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cosy rooms, huge, very comfortable bed, huge towels, nice amenities in bathroom, lovely smell in all areas, very friendly staff, great food, wonderful pool and very comfortable sunloungers
Cons: We had booked a suite with balcony - just be aware that this means bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The lounge area and balcony are shared with the other room (always two rooms per lounge and balcony. Quite noisy despite location outside Medina.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Actually it is a luxury resort hotel it is clean ,nice and i got a big nice view room , i would thank mr bader in the reception , he was so helpful and professional he write down all the special restaurants that i wanted from day one . One thing to add , They have a very good chef of the room service , all the foods that i have ordered are very tasty . Four season is amazing !!!
Cons: The rate is a bit high .
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice hotel, restaurant is very good, we liked everything we tasted
Cons: But, all in all, it is not Four season standard, in my opinion. First, the pool is not clean enough, my kid got eye infection there ( Sam sure as it was the last hotel during our vacation and the incubation period confirms this). Second, somebody stole my Valentino shoose in the SPA and the security came only in 1 hour. They said they guess these were 2 ladies who are leaving the hotel now... Why couldn't they stop them earlier? Third, the SPA treatment was les then mediocre for both me and my husband... Once again, not the level you can expect in such a hotel. My conclusion, they pretend to be Four seasons, but they don't...
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Liked everything about the hotel
Cons: Can't think of anything.

Excellent 10.0
Cons: The welcome and helpfulness of the Riad manager Ousama absolutely made our trip, we could not fault anything.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location in the heart of the Medina but beautifully peaceful inside. The manager Oussama greeted us warmly and served tea on the roof terrace and gave us a really detailed map which stood us in good stead for the duration of our stay. The breakfasts (also on the roof terrace) were amazing and very generous. Having read some of the other reviews we decided to have dinner in the Riad one night and I am glad we did because it was sensational. Beija (who also does the breakfasts) is an amazing cook, and prepared one of the best tagines I have ever eaten. We had the room on the ground floor which does not have AC, but it didn't need it (at least in March!). Oussama and Beija were perfect hosts and I hope to meet them again!
Cons: One 'gotcha' (which is not a reflection on the Riad itself): The location shown on the map on Booking.com (and many other booking sites) is incorrect, but the location shown on Google Maps is correct.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. Excellent food, excellent service, exceeding our expectations!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We received a very warm welcome and the staff couldn't do enough for us. I would recommend booking an airport pick up through the riad as we would have struggled to find it otherwise. A beautiful place of tranquility in the heart of Marrakech, just a stones throw from the colourful souks. Would recommend riad herougui.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Osama and the rest of the team were so helpful and friendly and made our stay particularly good. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning sitting on the peaceful roof terrace
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Herougui! We stayed for two nights at the end of a few weeks spent travelling all over Morocco. It was such a treat and the perfect way to finish our holiday. Our room was peaceful with everything we needed and really tastefully decorated. Breakfast was the best of our entire trip- perfect pastries and bread, fruit salad, yoghurt, fresh cheese, honey, conserves, great coffee and mint tea..... we sadly didn't have time to try the dinner in the riad but the smells coming from the kitchen each evening were totally mouth-watering. I hope to be back to sample the full menu next time. Ousamma was very welcoming and helpful when checking us in and out :) We'll be back.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved the riad, the staff was very helpful. Oussama was a great manager, very attentive to our needs. Amazing breakfast with good selection and also we arranged to have one dinner onsite, which was the best meal of our stay.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful riad, tasteful, traditional decor. Wonderful roof terrace with amazing views. Helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The name says it all it’s truly a secret garden. I wish I did not have to disclose the name as I am afraid next time we want to book it will be sold out;). What a treat Hivernage sacred garden and suites was. The feeling we got was living at a friends villa with only six rooms, small and cozy pool and garden we felt very tranquil and well rested. The staff was amazing!! Ayoub and Salah were getting out of their way to cater to all of our complicated asks;). Their recommendations for shopping and food were spot on! Great location if you want to party at Hivernage spots and yet come back and totally relax;)! Would definitely recommend this place and go there again myself!
Cons: Some small details could be fixed like curtains not closing completely because they were not attached to the rod properly, the water not draining fast enough. But these things are easily fixed and did not affect our enjoyment of the place;)!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My stay was amazing in this beautiful villa. I received a stunning suite plus an upgrade because it was my birthday the day before. Beds are very comfortable and the breakfast amazing. The staff will make sure that no request is left open. Special thanks to Ayoub that made my stay superb. Anybody can present a nice villa and room but what made my stay at the Hivernage unforgettable was the kindness and expertise from Ayoub! He had great tips for excursions, lead me to must see bars and restaurants and would make sure every entrance into the villa started with a warm welcome back.
Cons: i couldnt stay longer
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff were very helpful indeed, nothing was too much trouble for Ayoub or any of the other staff and they helped plan our time including visiting a lovely Hammam and a camel ride. The location was nice, away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast (with fresh squeezed orange juice) everyday. We also enjoyed a couple of hours on the roof terrace resting our legs after lots of walking and relaxing in the afternoon sun.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great experience for very nice hotel in fancy area of Marrakesh! If you looking for a bit of relaxation from busy streets, Medina and want to escape on just chilling near the pool- thats your place. Staff was amazing, they helped us a lot with booking Desert experience for us, stored our luggage for these three days while we were on tour even though we havent stayed next night with them. We had breakfast packed for us since we were leaving very early for Merzouga. Absolutely amazing stay!
Cons: Just one minor thing - prices charged for having coffee at the hotel and two bottles of water that we took from room which i would assume should be complimentary (that is based on our experience from other hotels in Morocco) is way too high. I understand that there is not other place to go so it could be whatever cost but still have 15DMAD for 0.5l of water is way too much.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything was perfect
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Beautifull “Palais” with a very friendly staff. Nearby the Medina and Nightlive. We Will certainly come again!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything else was amazing, staff superb polite and respectful. Room amazing and it's small but really nice
Cons: No self access as keys are to remain on site, however the concierge will hold it and return when you get back.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Swimming pool and the compliments inside the room
Cons: None
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Honestly the staff were fantastic! From the moment we walked in they were on point. We were greeted by Laila and Mochine at reception who were extremely attentive and responsive to our needs and realising without us even telling them what we needed for our baby! They were a great help and honestly made our stay much more comfortable. Also we'd like to thank Najat the lady who cleaned our room everyday and ensured it was baby proofed after the first day we met. If you are having breakfast here we recommend getting your eggs made by the lady who works behind the counter (we didnt manage to catch her name) but her egg omelettes were delicious! Also the two young ladies who greet you on your way into reception are lovely and always take the time to ask how your previous day/night was.
Cons: Nobody monitors the two pools by the Yoga place, there are no life guard or pool side service.
Good 6.0
Pros: Only two pillows in the room and isn’t enough ! Breakfast is great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff at the property were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Shout out to the reception staff Driss, Hanane. The accommodation is very clean & toiletries provided everyday. Great location, only 10mins away from the souk, beautiful environment to relax and great food. 24hr room service too! Overall 10/10 , really enjoyed my staff because of the great staff and customer service provided. I’d stay here again
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff at the checking desk, they were very friendly and helpful, especially LAILA and MOHSSINE. And also MUSTAPHA, at the restaurant nice person, very hardworker, and smiling all the time. I woukd like to thank them, and the rest of the team
Cons: All good
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff was very kind & welcoming. The room was very clean & comfy. The breakfast was varied and could easily satisfy different diets (So a little bit opposite to what I read on a few reviews stating there were little options for breakfast. Maybe they took those reviews into consideration)
Cons: 1. The room was a bit small for 3 people especially for the price we're paying. 2. We had lunch next to the swimming pool, and when we told them to add the price on our room, they (kindly) said that we had to pay right away since apparently we didn't pay some caution we were not aware of. It bothered us a little bit since we had to come back to our room and pick up our wallets.
Okay 4.2
Pros: The Hotel was available in booking.com when booked when my usual hotel was sold out.
Cons: The hotel operates with no attention to quality what so ever.

Poor 1.0
Pros: The front desk requested my wife and I a certificate of marriage in order to take a room. After showing the front desk agent our Florida driver licenses , passport and matching address in US , he said it was not valid for them . I had to call my mom to email me a copy. After a long arguments period the manager assured us that we will love the quality of the hotel . The next day , I was ready to go to the gym and guess what it was closed .the security opened the gym 35 min later and it was really disputing . It was plenty of dust, empty bottles and tissues everywhere. I had to clean some machines with alcohol and it was not enough. Because of reasons of the pandemic , I requested to speak to the GM and no answer from him . I won’t never recommend to anyone this hotel Call the Savoy
Okay 4.0
Pros: Th location the stuff
Cons: Well the Air condition was not working well we called reception the guy came late didn't fix it well the weather was so hot in summer and AC is not ok so bad cleaning the toilet was not that good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: breakfast was very good ,the room and staff as well ,the location is excellent ,the stay was very good
Cons: the swimming pool need maintenance , was not clean
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Poor 1.0
Pros: The location
Cons: My stay was a NIGHTMARE. The room was dirty and deteriorated, the bedsheets were dirty to the point that they gave me a rash that I had to treat for a month in order to heal. The staff is rude and wouldn't do their job unless you give them extra money. The mini-fridge never worked (average temperature in Marrakech is 37C in the summer) so we couldn't have cold water. The partition walls are so thin that we could hear the phone ringing in the room next to us, and when the room above us would flush the toilet, it would wake us up because of how loud the noise was. There is also a constant noise of water flowing the pipeline. The TV didn't work the second night and it took them 4 hours to have someone come fix it. I would not recommend this place.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was first class. Mourad and Mehdi the managers were simply the best to accommodate all our needs!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Noisy neighbors
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is luxurious, the room was spacious clean and comfortable. Toilet and shower were spacious and luxurious. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was one of a kind, many varieties and delicious things were available. The hote has several swimming pools including one huge indoor. Large gem lounge was also available.
Cons: Noise can be heard from next room, walls need more insulation.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: This is a nice hotel in a good location. Nice pool area and conveniently located. Comfy beds and nice rooms.
Cons: I was very upset about how I was treated initially when I turned up with a Moroccan friend. He was treated appallingly as a second class citizen. He essentially wasn't allowed in the hotel. Also I had to request a room change as the first one was so noisy from a nearby nightby nightclub.

Okay 4.0
Pros: The hotel is well located, in the center of the new city, not far from the train station. Courteous staff. Good breakfast by Moroccan standards (they have breakfast problems everywhere).
Cons: But my room was much smaller than the description stated. In addition, construction was underway in the neighboring building and the strong noise did not allow to be in the room during the day.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect hotel in the center of the city, 5minutes walking distance to the train station, clean and quiet area. They have lovely breakfast served in karma restaurant and beautiful terrasse on rooftop overlooking the city.
Poor 1.0
Pros: There was nothing to appreciate in this Hotel..
Cons: My trip got spoiled because of staying here. Upon check-in, no luggage assistance offered, no any kind of sweet welcoming words or gesture. We booked a senior suite which supposed to be a high room category, The room lack many amenities and furniture is so old and bad, kitchen is useless without any equipment, AC was not working and had to spend the night sweeting and bothered with the high room temperature. Breakfast is one of the worst that i had in my life with veeery limited choices. Service was the worst thing o mention, i asked for bucket of ice cubes and they told us that i have to go and get it by myself in the supermarket, when we told them about the AC issue, they sent 3 to 4 hours trying to fix it without any outcome (till 10PM), at the end they offered us a room which was worst than what we have (we denied it), when we wanted to swim at the pool we asked for towels and they told us that we have to get it by ourself from our own room. I fixed an appointment in the SPA, and i went down to check the facility which was shown by a female waiter from the restaurant, i asked her about how experienced is the therapist and she shocked me saying that she will be the one doing the massage (i immediately cancelled it). Elevator wasn't working for a while when we wanted to check out, hence we had to go down with our luggage by stairs from 4th floor, we asked them what is wrong with elevator, they said that it is deactivated because they are using it for themselves to get things from the kitchen. I'm tired of writing things but In short, do is the place to NOT go or stay in at any condition!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: room was clean, good location near the train station
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff is very nice!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Staff were very helpful
Cons: Was loud in the mornings as it is near a main road but atleast we didn't have to set the alarms to wake us 😁 WiFi is a tad weak.

Poor 1.0
Pros: Location is good other than that rest is very bad
Cons: The hotel is very dark and is not clean our bed was not clean lot of hair from previous guess in the pilot When we arrived we asked for the closing time for the restaurant they told us is 23:00 we tried to order food at 22:25 the waitress refused our order and she told us that the kitchen is closed!! The hotel is very noisy and we couldn’t sleep until 02:30am Anyway not the best hotel Never comeback.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: Staff are so rude, rooms are super dirty, no covers inside the room we slept without cover Safety box not working, shower is broken, toilet is disgusting. I don’t recommend it at all. I called them 25 times to send someone to pick my bags up they never answer I wouldn’t give them half star
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff in every department, stayed at the sister hotel opera plaza. Good location, good amenities on site. Very good value for money.

Good 7.0
Pros: Location , garden.staff
Cons: The furnitures too old, need renovation. The breakfast buffet is not for five stars hôtel
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff members
Excellent 8.0
Pros: - Breakfast - Pool - Facilities and outdoors such as the garden. I would say that everything is good and a must to stay and experience when in Marrakech.
Cons: The 2nd time we stayed, I was injured during the time we checked-in. I got a cut on my right toe when I entered the room and change my shoes to slippers. There are broken bottles on the slippers they provided that I tried to wear and on the floors, some even in the carpets. It was not a good experience but staffs on duty responded fast to our call. I hope cleaning staffs will be more careful on this matter...
Excellent 8.0

Excellent 10.0
Pros: everything was perfect
Cons: all was great specially the staff are kind and very very helpful
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The city was very friendly Breakfast was delicious the staff was friendly and warm
Good 7.9
Pros: I had multiple experience staying in this facility for one or two nights on my regular visits to Atlas mountain, the staff are kind and friendly compared to other hotels I experienced in Marrakech and it has a premium location just few steps away from the train station
Cons: I suggest to offer choice of pillows considering different styles and keep a drinking water in the room specially when checking in late night where there is no shop opened
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Staff, location, value!
Cons: Gym could have had more up-to date machines
Good 6.3
Pros: Inside Design of the hotel
Cons: I didn't like a bed and bed-cover quality
Okay 5.4
Pros: Only the location was v good in this hotel.
Cons: Mattress was old. Music in the morning in the swimming pool, annoying me. Room service.
Excellent 10.0
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Pool, good breakfast, centrally located in New Town, close to shops, and also not too far from Medina.
Okay 4.8
Pros: People are friendly but the management is terrible!
Cons: When I checked in it was several items missing, or not working in the room starting from missing light,tv has 3 local Chanels the rest of Chanel's no signal,& heat,( set as AC) only,to the hot water in the shower on & off beside a broken fridge that takes them three days to be fixed! The only reason why I stayed is I was not staying I used the room just to sleep!!! The day I checked in was at 1am! Which is Tuesday, since then I usually stay from 1 to 9 or 10 am & I leave!
Okay 5.4
Pros: The view was amazing , the location was near to every thing ( supermarket, train station, restaurants ) I like the spa and the girls there was so nice
Cons: Breakfast was poor , swimmin pool is bad , parking is to small to get in or out , and reception guy was rude has no respect for a certain clientele , Internet sucks

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Attention au clients
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The breakfast
Poor 1.0
Pros: Hassan in the reception was so helpful.
Cons: We booked a suite junior. -Because of the excess of chlorine pooring The PH of the pool was not neutral, after a terrible pain in my eyes i had to buy some medicine and a swimming glasses. - The third day our sanitary ware has broken, we had to leave the room for the majority of the day, with no feedback from the staff, we returned to find it still leaking and the floor is the ocean they moved us to another room so we packed all our stuff and moved to the 3rd floor, after reopening our suitcases and everything, we found out that the air conditioner is not working and there is no remote control for the second one, called the lobby where they keep telling us that they will send someone.. After half an hour a guy showed ( Hicham) who told me that everything is okay with the air conditioner and that he will be back after 15 minutes to check it. After 1 hour.. I descend to the lobby to find him conducting business with another clients and told me that he was busy while me and my family was suffering in a 43 degree heat. After that, he offered me another room with a condition to leave the hotel for 1h30 before it was ready haha.. We was forced to do so, since all we need is a working air conditioner. After returning to the hotel, we found all our stuff moved to the new room (3rd in one day) with the air conditioner working and everything is good, i had to deal with the noise of the engines of the air conditioners of the whole hotel situated on the roof. To not add that the service in this hotel dont wait for you to open the door, they just open and enter yelling seeeervice! Worst stay of my life so far. (from an ex 5 stars hotel corporate sales executive).
