Marrakech hotels near Bab Doukkala Mosque

Cons: Noises throughout the hotel in early afternoons (perhaps due to maintenance) and furniture needs some updating.

Cons: Noisy neighbors

Cons: I was very upset about how I was treated initially when I turned up with a Moroccan friend. He was treated appallingly as a second class citizen. He essentially wasn't allowed in the hotel. Also I had to request a room change as the first one was so noisy from a nearby nightby nightclub.

Cons: Noise can be heard from next room, walls need more insulation.

Cons: Breakfast was poor , swimmin pool is bad , parking is to small to get in or out , and reception guy was rude has no respect for a certain clientele , Internet sucks

Cons: When I checked in it was several items missing, or not working in the room starting from missing light,tv has 3 local Chanels the rest of Chanel's no signal,& heat,( set as AC) only,to the hot water in the shower on & off beside a broken fridge that takes them three days to be fixed! The only reason why I stayed is I was not staying I used the room just to sleep!!! The day I checked in was at 1am! Which is Tuesday,since then I usually stay from 1 to 9 or 10 am & I leave!

Cons: - Improve the gym please!

Cons: Firstly, weeks before my arrival I tried many times to get in contact with the hotel about their airport pick up service since I had selected it. I tried once a week for 4 weeks to tell them yet again I wanted it and my flight time. Not once did I ever get a reply. And when I arrived they were nowhere to be found. Their wifi was awful downstairs. Couldn't enjoy talking to my parents down by the pool when I've been gone for so long. Had to go upstairs to my room which was ok since the ac worked well just wish I had been able to be at the pool. When headed to the Medina the man behind the front desk gave really bad instructions that were not correct. Along the way I had to ask several locals who ended up getting me to the right spot - the hotel doesn't provide maps. When checking out a different man working the front desk demanded I owed 60+dhs for "other fees" with the hotel. I asked him to show me where and he couldn't find where. I showed him my receipt from Kayak that I owed 0 and he said I still did and I couldn't leave. Not sure if this was a scam but it ticked me off because if this was true, it wasn't not brought to my attention on Kayak nor when I checked in. I still have a weird feeling since he wasn't able to show me. When I asked the same man what the price was for the bus from Marrakech to Merzouga he kept insisting there wasn't such bus when I knew for a fact there was. He then gave me "directions" on how to walk to the bus station since I didn't want to take yet another scamming taxi. The directions he gave went in the complete opposite way when I double checked on Google Maps before exiting- since the other guys directions were off. Not happy with the staff at all.

Cons: Cigarette smoke present on all floors, facility condition lack renovation/upkeep

Cons: Hidden additional fees that you must pay at the hotel

Cons: WiFi was terrible Bed was like sleeping on concrete

Cons: Customer service , Bath rooms , No towels , Breakfast included but still you have to pay for it .

Cons: Very bad customer service...we had 1 person before us being help for check in....and we waited at least 1hour!!!!!! Very hot in the hotel....very bad air conditioning in the room. Will not go back there for sure
