The staff at this hotel couldn't be more helpful. The interior of the hotel is in the traditional Morrocon style with some lovely pieces & design and a fantastic roof top bar ideal for chilling after the madness of the Medina. We stayed in one of their suites with a gorgeous four poster bed and large bathroom. We have an experience we will never forget staying in Marrakech.

An absolutely wonderful traditional Moroccan hotel. This was my 8th trip to Morocco and this is probably my favourite hotel, the rooms/suites were fantastically presented, the staff so helpful and friendly that I cancelled another booking elsewhere and came back here. After all, the hotel is confortable and some parts of it are nicely decorated with local motives
It is too much expensive if you think on what you get, the turist taxes you pay are higher than what is writen in the reservation and the hotel is far from the city. The hotel has a "free" shuttle to, and from the city, but, at the end, you are surprised with a tax for services you were expecting to be free;

The decoration is nice. The Hotel is next to the disco El Pacha, the biggest in Africa.
After three days complaining we finally got the room we order and paid for. The building is cold, windy and smells bad in places where they don't but candles. The rooms are dark, most rooms without outside windows.The breakfast is not fresh, the coffee disgusting. Payment was difficult because off a broken machine. The business is not professional and not worth the stars in our opinion.

Beautiful and nicely designed (new) hotel with spacious and well furnished rooms. For those who'll enjoy it: Pacha disco is almost next door!
While not too far from the old city, hotel is situated in an uninspiring development area of town. Hotel has a small and little attractive swimming pool on top of building. As to our "neoclassical bath room": never experienced a less practical bath tub!
