The staff is amazing - El personal es excelente
The place is an old building with an interior patio and a spacious lobby area and a small pool. They have created an inviting environment that makes you feel comfortable. The location is good since it is north and allows you to walk a good part of street #60 that is full of cool restaurants, shops and cafes (including Mercado 60 which is a must). Also there is a laundry accross the street and places to eat local food at a very reasonable price in Santa Ana square (5 mins walk). The staff is very attentive, always making sure that your stay is a memorable one. Breakfast at the hotel is good as well. The staff (Joan and Juan Carlos) provided me with outstanding service, making recommendations for tours and taking care of simple but important details during my stay there. The price is very reasonable.
Since it is an old building, there are parts that need to be repaired.

“Centrally located half a block from the Main Street two blocks from Pascal Montei hoe which is wonderful for walking in the morning and lots of shopping.Excellent location, beautiful inner courtyard with lush foliage and a pool, very pleasant and professional staff- especially Dulce, Martin and Juan(24 hours), Super clean room thanks to Anna, of places to stretch out and sit with a book.”
“One of the best hotels i have stayed in during 20 years of traveling. It's in the center, close to all the great restaurants the little green parks and the main road. Despite this, it is really quiet. The beds are amazingly comfy, the pillows are some of the beds i have tried. The fridge in the room is silent and there's plenty of hot water in the shower. There's even good light over the mirror in the bathroom so it's easy to get the make up right. The staff makes you feel like it's your home, everyone is smiling, helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!”

The staff smiles and does what they can to make you feel welcome. The patio area is very pretty, lots of plants, enough sitting and space.
