The neighborhood is fine. It is adjacent to the Zona Rosa and about a five block walk to Reforma. The suite room was spacious and clean. The hotel and garage staff were very friendly. Restaurant prices were good.
The restaurant service was slow and my wife's food arrived cold. The carpet and bedspreads in the room were very worn (although clean) which ended up giving the room very much a third class feel.
