when we got to the hotel there was a line of about 30 people doing the check in the line was terrible and it was about 12 am in the night

Breakfast was good but expensive

We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport. When we arrived, we waited over an hour to check in because the line was so long and there were only three employees checking people in. We had already made the reservation and pre-paid, but still waited in line when there were others that either had not made reservations or had not paid. When we finally got our room key, the employee didn’t inform us that our room was in another tower, so we spent 15 minutes just looking for our room. There were no signs either indicating that our particular room number (and other) were in another tower.

Location, location, location & the great customer service

Rooms extra small with stained carpet, damaged walls on hallways. Facilities need a TLC badly
