El hotel está en muy buena zona, todo cerca con solo caminar un poco, la zona es segura.
Me hospede en el piso 6 del hotel y el agua no llega con mucha presión, tanto ella regadera como el lavabo, tienes que esperar un poco para que el agua vuelva a salir a presión.

Location was great, right in the middle of Mexico City. Free laundry was a pleasant surprise.
Lobby is small, exercise room was very small, ac did not work in there and one of the 3 machines didn't work properly.

The entire staff was pleasant and helpful, and always smiling. The breakfast was outstanding and delicious. The coffee was always available day and night and it was the best in Mexico City!
I booked through a travel website. The price I was originally quoted increased by $40 per night when I was ready to pay (two hours later). It felt like a bait and switch.
