Pros (+) The room was extremely nice. It came with a couch, waterfall shower, comfortable bed, and everything was both clean and new. The location could not be better.
Cons (-) The front desk at first didn’t want to give me the reservation that I paid for. After going back and forth, they honored the reservation.

Pros (+) My gf loved this room because it was super bright with color and had lights around the bed even. Real sexy and more like a Jr suite. It was clean and nice and had all kinds of stuff around it.

Cons (-) On arrival, the hotel advised that they did not have my reservation. Shown the email confirmation, the desk representatives merely shrugged their shoulders and said they were booked up. FAIL
