Pros (+) Loved the mirrors in the bathroom! Great location, everything is walking distance! Mojitos made by the morning bartender are amazing!

They charged me an extra $20.53 which was not explained thoroughly and additionally they put a $100 hold on my card that will not come back for 3-5 business days. none of this was explained as I was booking. When we arrived, the schedule had suddenly changed, and even with the change the shuttle never showed up. Pros (+) I liked that the room was quiet and very clean. In addition, this hotel is located about a 5 min walk away from Miami Beach. There was plenty of shops and nightlife to attend while there and the staff was helpful even though most of the guests were being unreasonably difficult. No they do not allow you to pay with a prepaid credit card, yes they do have a 100 dollar hold they place on your credit ...

Pros (+) Close to the beach and attractions. We got there early and was able to use the shower down stairs to get dress until our room was ready.
Cons (-) They didn't clean our room on Sunday. When they cleaned the room on Monday, they didn't change the sheets, all they did was change the pillow cases and made the bed up. We had to take cold showers.
Pros (+) Hotel was very close to all the different attractions south beach has to offer. I didn't have to call many cabs most stuff was within walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly and professional and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I've stayed here twice and would stay again!
