Pros (+) The lobby was nice, but when we got to the room it was in very shabby condition. The metal blinds in the shower were all bent up, tiles had large pieces missing or broken and looked mildewy.
Cons (-) Clean the bathroom and replace items in disrepair.

Pros (+) Great location. Close to everything in South Beach. Room was clean and easy. Bed was comfy. Maid staff took care of room very well
Cons (-) Front desk Staff was not bad. Just not very quick when busy. They didn't give us baggage tags when when checked out so it cause some difficulties when we can back to claim them.
