Pros (+) I am never gonna book with kayak again! The hostel told us that they don’t make business with tou, therefore my reservation wasn’t saved in their system.
Cons (-) When we arrived at the hostel, they didn’t have out reservation! We spent half of our vacation calling Kayak and dealing with the hostel! No help!

Pros (+) The lobby and pool area are great. Friendly staff. I stayed in a women's quad and a woman's 8 bunk dorm. Both very clean and orderly. Could use some minor upgrades for the seating. Since it's so humid in Florida I would suggest mildew,resistant chairs. The ones they have now trap moisture and smell a little. This hostel is located directly across the street from the bus stop, beach and boardwalk w...
Cons (-) The bathrooms in the women's quad need UPGRADING! They have old-fashioned tubs that catch grime and the drains look gross. The toilets and sinks are older. I also stayed in an 8-bed room and the bathrooms were much nicer. The lines at the front desk can be long since there are typically only 2 staff, BUT they are friendly so don't argue!
