Food at the cafe is amazing! Beach access is great!

The toilet looks like it’s from the 80’s! Constant AC leaking and poor draining! It need a update carpet wise cause during the leaking we discovered how dirty it was

I have been to many other holiday inn hotels all around the USA and this was by far the worst disappointment for that much money. Dollar for dollar it was the worst investment and I was very dissatisfied with the customer service despite being a rewards member. No one was able to provide me with an early check in and when we finally did check in they gave us the wrong room number and we were knocking on someone else’s door (in 6th floor). When we finallly made it to our room on the tenth floor, it wasn’t ready although it was 5 pm. People were in the room changing light bulbs and changing furniture; very very frustrating after a 16 hour car ride followed by a two hour wait to check in at 4 pm. The valet service played with our car setting and was caught speeding with our luxurious car at the lights as if it were his car. Let me just I’ll never stay at any holiday in. Ever. I forgot to mention that the ocean front room that we were charged an arm and a leg for was a like the view from a prison cell. No balcony. And you can’t even open the window like a person in solitary confinement. Perhaps they could advertise residence for prisoners of war but not to tourists.

Workers at the desk were awesome.

We arrived late and wanted something to eat. Called for pizza since bar closed. Pizza never came.
