Customer service experience was poor
Close to the beach, literally like 30 seconds.
Other than that it looks absolutely nothing like it did in the picture. Like NOTHING. Water didn't get hot 5 of the 6 days we spent there. Customer service with me and other customers that I observed while in the lobby was despicable.

More like a hostel
Nothing is was gross
Everything..... tv didn't work, I slept with my clothes on and used an undershirt as a pillow bathroom towels had stains in them and bathroom was just disgusting took a shower with sandals on. The blonde hair lady is rude and talked like one of the actors from that hostel movie.

Cheap for a reason
It was cheap.
No parking; expensive parking around the hotel. Really small. No hot water. Window was pointing at the laundry room. Cracked paint. Tiny beds.
