Friendly and very helpful staff. Good location to explore Milan. Though we were told by the staff that the WiFi works only in the lobby area, we got it working in the room as well but it was very slow.
Breakfast was very basic and food ran out pretty fast. Room was dark and small, but who stops in the room when there is a city to explore!

Staff is not very sensitive. In rooms all walls are covered with textile, that is not good, because you always have a feeling that this textile is very dusty. In the rooms there is smoking smell. Not bad location, but next time I'll not stay here again!
