Pros (+) When I checked in at 3 pm, only one person was at the front desk. The line was 15 minutes long and the front desk person was slow and incompetent. She forgot to ask if I needed to park a car; therefore, she had to re-do the keys. I gave her my American Airlines frequent flier number and she said they didn't take it at the desk; I needed to do it online. When I said "Double Dip" she had no idea wha...
Cons (-) The place is very tired and poorly run. The hotel bar looks like something you would find in a town of 5,000 in North Dakota. This is MInneapolis for crying out loud. Do you not understand the concept of revenue production? Tear the place down and enter the year 2017.

Pros (+) The hotel was booked at a GREAT price, and was very clean and roomy! We will definitely be staying here during our next visit!
Cons (-) The ONLY suggestion I have is that when checking in, the person at the front desk should inform you of the security deposit that will be charged to your credit/ debit card at the time of check in. Pros (+) This hotel is in walking distance to the Target building and several amazing night clubs and themed pubs. Parking included was a huge benefit.
Cons (-) The hotel cleaning staff is Somali and being woken up to extremely loud yelling in Arabic was disturbing.
