Cleanliness is frequently mentioned in a positive light, with rooms described as tidy and well-maintained. The staff is often praised for being friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. However, several guests note the lack of an elevator as a drawback, especially for those with heavy luggage, and some mention noise from the street.
