The staff was courteous and extremely helpful.
I wish they offered an inclusive continental breakfast. Your only breakfast option was the $13.95 "buffet" with a hot meal. The buffet was very limited and if you wanted something small, there was no other option.
The complimentary bottle of wine for liking them on Instagram was great!

Loud humming all night long from kitchen equipment.
Room was not made up after our first night. Had to ask after the second night to make sure we received fresh towels, etc. The toilet stopped flushing because for some reason the tank was not filling up with water. We had to add water to the toilet tank for the toilet to flush. What kind of third world operation is this in Napa?
