Cons (-) The linen on bed had human hair in it which I pulled out. I went to the front desk to request more sheets. While I was changing the bed, I discovered that the mattress pad was filled with long hair. I did not bother to go back to the desk. I was tired and wanted to go to bed. I just used the new linen.
