Overpriced and not worth the cost
I did not like anything about my stay. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
It was extremely overpriced and the room was microscopic. The room was bArely big enough to fit the bed. Housekeeping went into my room and took things from my bathroom while I was away and denied it when asked. I will not return.
The facilities and staff are rude and not reasonable at all. They just keep saying sorry but like everyone can agree, when someone says sorry so many times they do not mean one word of it.
Our bed was so comfortable.
Lot's of fun on my stay
Awesome location. Close to everything I wanted to see.
No pool but it's OK. Wasn't in the hotel much anyway
It was center to everything, on the street car line, and rooms were quiet and cold!!! Great place
Good stay for a weekend trip when expectations are
Customer service was really good. The restaurant in the hotel was awesome.
This is an old hotel. The elevator is bee old and slow. In fact an employee was in the elevator with me and she had to jump up and down to get the elevator to move. The tub in the bathroom was a bit scratched up. The rooms are very small. There was old food in our fridge. The valet is a bit confusing when you first arrive. It takes 20 minutes to get your car.
Great Location. 4 safe and short blocks to Canal S
Great restaurant service and variety especially BF Great Wi-Fi Great price on Kayak Young female at Front Desk waited on 4 people at one time Stored luggage and kept my car for 2 hours to eat lunch after checkout
better directions to second elevator which is at the end of the wall
Surprised as to accommodations re price
Awesome staff after being disenchanted by Expedia booking. Had to scramble and this was an awesome experience.
Amazing location, close to everything. Walking distance to French Quarter and river walk
The bed was a little too hard have me back pain.
The staff was very professional and helpful, friendly and with a very present concept of service. Good view of the city, quiet within walking distance of all the action
the toilet bowl was a bit old and chipped
The staff were wonderful, helped us and went beyond to help us. We enjoyed our trip very much!
