Cons (-) The pool was small and dark no sunlight and it was a outside pool that had freezing water. The restaurant connected to the hotel was ok but some of the waitress were really rude and slow we saw 5 family leave during our wait for our drinks. Pros (+) The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom and shower was great especially for New Orleans. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons (-) Breakfast buffet was not included with our room. When my wife called the front desk, they left her with the impression that breakfast was included. We were surprised that it was $27 per person. What a rip off!
