Pros (+) The price...although the hotel didn’t honor the rate that was posted from booking.com
Cons (-) Rude staff. Dismissive and unhelpful. Elevator took 20 minutes to arrive at the 19th floor. Not exaggerating.

Pros (+) Central location in NYC, you could open the windows, no noise in the hallways, friendly staff. Very reasonably priced.
Cons (-) The carpet in the room was clean but but worn out in some spots. Should be replaced in the near future.
