Pros (+) Location location location ideal for a city break 100 yards to subway. Chelsea is a fab area and hotel is central.
Cons (-) Street noice can be a problem a lot of early traffic each morning

Pros (+) No elevators and the super friendly staff made it feel so cozy. Not to mention the great garden patio and uncanny amount of quietness you get at night. Pretty amazing and 100% where I'll be staying every time I visit NYC
