Resort fee is not worth it. Value is very low. This Embassy Suites doesn't deserve to be called an Embassy Suites. Other than the room and check-in desk staff and restaurant staff, everything else like the breakfast and fees and such were not worthwhile. Cons (-) It wasn’t very clean. It was filthy either. But there were dust piles in the corners, as if someone just swept the floors and left it there. The bathroom had brown droplets dried on the walls that were very easily wiped off. Pros (+) Beds very comfortable; shower heats up nicely and has good pressure; midtown location convenient to Broadway and elsewhere via Subway.
Cons (-) Breakfast and Happy Hour almost unapproachable due to overcrowding of the venue and poorly designed elevators. Took 15-20 minutes to get an elevator in and out of the 4th-floor breakfast area every single time.
