Staff was really great, very clean and nice breakfast.
Elevators are very slow and can take up to 15 minutes to get your suitcase down if you are on a lower floor.
The hotel itself was just far enough away from the craziness of NYC, but close to everything. Bed was comfy. Room was quiet even by the elevator. Shower had hot water/ good pressure. What really stood out were the associates at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us when we had a major issue with booking (not at all the hotels fault) and when I left my phone in a cab. JARED went above and beyond for us. He literally saved us in both situations and we can’t thank him enough. He kept his cool, worked hard to resolve the issues and never made us feel like a burden. He is the real MVP!! (We were also impressed with ANTONIO, who was very friendly and accommodating.) I will def recommend this hotel to others!

There was no water the entire night I stayed. This was due to a water main issue, but the hotel staff didn’t do anything to amend for the issue, nor did they properly warn guests of this significant issue.
Tiny rooms but nice location and huge breakfast area
The largest breakfast area I have ever seen in any hotel! Long walk from subway but not unreasonable, good restaurants near by, I would probably stay at this location again.
The rooms were tiny, much smaller than I would have thought. We had two queen beds (was traveling with my BFF, so maybe if it was a couple with one bed, the room would have seemed bigger. There was debris under the top of the bed (we dropped something, so we had to move the bed skirt and saw it) and the bathroom shower could have been a little cleaner (fine for most people I am sure, I am a cleanfreak)
