Front desk staff extremely accommodating.
Rooms are really tiny... but that is New York hotels.
The location is great. Close to many activities NYC has to offer. The building is fairly new too
The staff were rude, judgemental and just made my stay uncomfortable
Great value and style in NYC
This is a great option for spending less and getting more in Midtown Manhattan!
Great Location for Broadway shows
Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, early check in and affordable price.
Enjoyed our stay
Maintenance worker was awesome!! He helped us unlock the door. Guest services were very nice and cordial.
No breakfast like the other hotels in this chain.
The room was much bigger than your average Manhattan hotel rooms, and the hotel seems newly renovated. From the lobby to the corridors, elevators and of course the room, everything was spotless. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly. If you think all what I stated is what you should expect from any four-star hotel, you most probably haven't bee much to hotels in NY.
Small rooms, central location
If you are interested in wig near Times Square and broadway shows, location is good. Also it is very close to multiple subway lines and walking distance to 5th avenue, Central Park, Empire State Building, etc.
Room was very small- like being on a cruise ship. Also although I requested a city view room, they "upgraded" us to a room facing Times Square which meant lots of flashing lights at night. i would opt for something in a quieter area.
Great hotel for business travel
Friendly service. Clean and updated room
Gym could use more equipment
Outstanding location and friendly staff. Not luxurious, but clean and modern. When they say check in time is 3 pm, it's 3 pm and no sooner.
Hard to get one of the 4 elevators during peak periods; we ended up waking down from the 6th floor at checkout.
Comfortable Stay with fridge and microwave
We bought some groceries in the corner, there is a fridge and microwave where you can store them and have your breakfast there Bed and pillow are comfy Staff is friendly, you can ask for a map for guidance
Elevators had peak hours, stay at lower levels in case you have to take the stairs, In peak hours is the fastest way. Bathroom door is sliding and not hermetic at all, so it can be awkward
The staff was very attentive in spite of having a fully booked hotel and being extremely busy. The hotel is located a few blocks from Central Park, the metro, great restaurants, and theaters.
The fitness room was in the windowless cellar. The carpet down there smelled of mildew. The elevators are tiny - we often had to wait for 10 minutes for multiple elevators until there was finally room for us.
Reading some of the negative review scares us a little, but the price is what we are comfortable with and it right next to time square. When we got there we were surprise, it's not bad as you would fear. In fact the place was clean and modernize, bed was very comfortable, got everything you expect of a hotel, including a fridge, microwave, complementary wifi.
Major thing is the hotel elevator waiting time can be so long, so it's best to get a room nearer to the ground, incase you need to use the stairs. Minor tins I didn't like was one day the house keeper forgot to clean our room, when we came back late one morning. Also it would be nice if the hotel room have a pool, jacuzzi, or steam room.
