We have stayed here at least once a year--since 2018. During 2021-23, when a family member lived and worked in NYC, we stayed at this hotel about 4-5 times per year. Pros (+) Easy walk to Central Park, museums, Lincoln center and shows. Quiet room on 59th floor. Good AC.
Cons (-) Room had trash from former guest when we moved in. Housekeeping came only when asked; then barged in without knocking later in the day. Safe did not work. We were given an accessible room that we did not ask for and water from shower went all over the floor.
