Rooms were clean
If you look on your site regarding this hotel you claim free breakfast. when you get there and there is no breakfast available free or otherwise. And the ceiling in the bathroom was broken down because the hot tub leaked the day before.
Holiday Inn Chelsea
Great location Super quick check in
Rooms felt very dated
All holiday inn are the same and keep to the standard. Great place to stay and great value
Nothing to do with the hotel, but that week was a bomb on 23rd Street. Kind of scary but the NYPD done everything to secure the area. At one time 29th Street was blocked but they made sure that I made my flight home.
Breakfast inclusive Rooms were pretty clean and better looking than other nyc hotels.
Lack of breakfast variety. - always sausage and eggs At night, regulat coffee is very bland and they put less coffee. Very low quality of coffee at night
One of the staff tried to enter my room in the middle of the night. Said they mistook my room for housekeeping?! By myself so it was very scary
Outdoor seating for breakfast and relaxation. Great baggage storage after you check out while you see the City and no charge!

Very nice continental breakfast Hotel staff checked bags for late pickup All staff members were extemly cordial
Everything met expectations
Perfect location for MSG events
Rooms were big for the price point and location, very comfortable and accommodating! Will definitely stay there again when going down for any event at the Garden - not even a 2 minute walk! :)
Everything was clean, orderly. had a tv remote that went out... maintenance was dispatched in minutes, and immediately fixed the problem. also, enjoyed the fact that there was no night-time construction going on!
Location, decent sized room, clean
There were pipes banging in the walls (or else construction elsewhere in the hotel) all night which kept us awake until 2:30am when we gave up and called and asked to switch rooms. To their credit, they moved us immediately and the new room was quieter.
It worked well for us
We liked the convenience of the area. Easy to check in and out Complimentary breakfast was really good.. a lot of options. Staff was friendly Place was comfortable. All in all it was a good stay! I'd recommend.
For the price we paid.. the room was very small... however, I expected this being as we were in a city. Sometimes it's just hard to grasp that.
definitely worth a stay and return
Staff friendliness, double beds, breakfast, price
Room while clean could be fresher smelling but I am being really picky here
The location was pretty good.
I called the hotel directly to ask if the jacuzzi tub was big enough for two people and they assured me it was. it was not! Single person jacuzzi! The walls were paper thing and you could hear everything...every person walking down the hall, every door opening and closing. Also, the jacuzzi rooms had a glass shower door between the bathroom and bedroom....kind of nice at first glance but quickly you realize that you have no privacy when you use the bathroom! I like bathroom privacy!
The location near to penn station and other city centre facilities
The price was too high for the type of hotel but this may have been due to the marathon being on that weekend
Convienient location in the middle if Manhattan.
Peculiar shower control hard to find (to direct water to the shower you have to look under the bath faucet).
The location right in Manhattan. Easy to reach.
Room was rather small but that was not a real problem.
I liked that you could have your breakfast there and that there was tea and coffee making facilities there.
I would not come here with my husband but it was perfect for a group of girls shopping.
Check in and check out was quick. The free breakfast had a nice variety of food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful.
Good location. Clean room. Breakfast is an advantage. Ironing facilities in the room were very heplful.
The room is somewhat small given that it has two big beds, though not critical.
