Being an affordable place to sleep. But disappointed to not have a bathroom ensuite. I didn't realize when i booked this time. I normally get a room at Pod WITH a bathroom and it's fine. This one did not have one and was a real pain.
CHECK to see if you have an en suite bathroom!
Compact room but has everything needed, even natural light. I had room with en suite toilet and shower.
Free coffee either in room or downstairs. I don’t mind the tiny room but not at the high price (over $200). Need USB outlets.
Great location. Within walking distance of iconic sights like Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and Times Square. Near great shopping districts and good restaurants. Cute rooftop deck. Clean, trendy bathrooms and rooms.
Noisy and bright location. Difficult to sleep. Not the most relaxing.
Tiny and overpriced but clean and good location
Very tiny for the price but great location, clean.
No fridge in room.
Clean and convenient location.
Tight for two adults... cruise ship bathroom.
I really liked the lights in your room telling you if someone is using the bathroom.
Charming city hotel
I love this hotel. I’m use to suites and thought the size of the room would be a problem. It wasn’t! It’s location is so great we were barely there. While we were there it was comfortable.
The shower head is in the center of the shower. Thank goodness I brought my shower cap.
Great Price Friendly Staff Wonderful rooftop view Perfect space for one Close to subway
No outlets near bed The bathrooms were not clean after 7pm
Just small but that's also the point
Clean and nice, helpul staff
The location was great and the terrace in the back was quite nice. Also the free internet access was great!
As I arrived late I did not get the single room I reserved instead one of the bunk bed rooms. The room was a bit run down and the TV did not work. Also it was quite noisy and smelled of beer as other travellers were partying in their room. What I really did not like was that they checked me out before the check out time.I returned to the hotel before 12pm to check out and all my things were gone. The staff put my belongings in a plastic bag and stored it at the front desk.
The Pod Hotel is an excellent base for a city break to New York.We walked everwhere -Times Square,Central Park plus some great bars close to the hotel. The rooms were always spotless with clean towels every day.
Ther is nothing to dislike about the Pod Hotel. It's such a cool place to stay!
the showers are fantastic, comfy beds, good location, all you need in new york
if you stay in a room without bathroom, you end up walking back to your room in small towels unless you take all your clothes with you but it means risking getting them wet. Dressing gowns in the rooms would be really helpful
Great location, nice design, but very small and clean rooms. Staff was helpful. It is New York, folks!
It was very quiet and had everything we needed.
Location is a bit far from most subway entrances.
only reastroom in room
very bad Location very far from new york and very far from time square and bad services also Tried to take the amount of $ 230 per night Note that I booked per night 115 USD
Clean hotel. Amazing shower. Decent location.
Tiny room. The cost was over £100 per night, with a shared bathroom, which was the cheapest I could find that wasn't a hostel.
Friendly staff, great location
shared bathrooms, small rooms, small uncomfortable bed/pod
Very good location. nice people. perfect for single travelers. cool concierge and friendly staff
we were in bunk bed, very comfortable. had 4 toilets/showers on each floor. very clean. would def recommend this hotel and will stay here again
