There was no hot water and the bathtub would not drain. Despite complaining to the front desk, they did not do anything about it.

Pros (+) Location is excellent
Cons (-) During winter having coffee available in lobby during the afternoon hours will exceed customer expectation
Pros (+) Great location, helpful staff.
Cons (-) The room was noisy. It was located next to something mechanical that made quite a bit of noise.
Pros (+) Very friendly front desk and valet staff ! Loved the balcony in being able to sit outside and look at the beautiful view ! Very comfortable bed !
