Did not stay there. Trip was canceled.
Good location. Pretty exterior.
The sheets were not very soft. The whole place just kind of needs a facelift - getting pretty dingy. No places to plug in electronics -- just a couple outlets with lamps and things already plugged into them. Had to move the table next to the bed to get an outlet. Light to the bathroom is outside the bathroom. No tea and coffee in the room, despite a "resort fee"
Staff were friendly and attentive. Location is great for broadway shows and to visit time square.
Midtown’s best location, nice sized-rooms for NYC, friendly staff
Location, location, location
Reduced price on breakfast
could have been a perfect game
The hotel seem to anticipate the big and little things an experienced traveller expects and as i found out, even unusual requests . My companion is superstitious about room numbers and the front desk changed our rooms with a smile as if they do this all the time. Most of all, the hotel is very well located. it is close to the shows and restaurants that bring you to new york in the first place.
The staff took a long time to get our bags from storage when we checked out. We did not miss our connection but i was disappointed for the hotel because they were doing a really good job. Overall however, I give the Belvedere my highest recommendation.
Great location, Comfy stay
Location is close to so many great New York sights. We walked to most of the stuff we wanted to see.
Elevators are a bit old. But there are 4 total - Pro tip use the ones at the ends of the halls, they are smaller but less used.
Good for sight seeing of NY as it is centerally located.
Good Location . Comforts ok. Overs all good.
Breakfast should be included. Size of room for four people should be more.
Great location for the price, clean and comfortable rooms.
Had an accident in the room which required a first aid kit, which we called down to reception for. Was told they didn't have one. Had to walk to pharmacy with a bleeding big toe covered in tissue paper.
Staff was very courteous, room was kept clean :D
Quite pleased overall
Friendly and professional every turn. Great location. Great price. Really enjoyed our stay.
Kitchenette nothing like pictured. Beds are doubles and hard.
Dirty and outdated
The location is great it's a short walk to time square and theaters. The doormen were always friendly. The bed wasn't the best or the worst as far as comfort.
It was outdated and not clean. My shower vent had black dust bunnies clogging it, there were stains and mold in the tub and along the walls, and the shower curtain was stained. The bathroom was extremely small, and we were never given enough towels. We were charged for an extra person in the room, who was my 15 year old daughter, and yet there were two double beds which clearly could sleep 4. The elevators were broken half the time. I wouldn't stay here again, I thought I was booking a more upscale hotel for the price, and I was sorely mistaken.
