Very friendly and very helpful, especially accomodating our 1 year old.
Beautiful space made empty by neglect
Staff was non-existent and rude when available. Details were neglected. Overcharged for items not received and didn't even bother discussing it with the obviously dis-interested staff. Real shame such a beautiful space has no soul.
Very modern and trendy hotel with perfect location for Soho etc. very well thought details.
For the price, some kind of breakfast should be included. Even if only coffee and croissants..
