Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, proximity to attractions, and impressive views, especially of the Empire State Building. Many found the rooms clean and appreciated the friendly staff. However, there were recurring issues with service, such as slow or inconsistent housekeeping, unhelpful front desk interactions, and problems with room assignments. Some guests noted concerns about cleanliness, room size, and bed comfort, with a few mentioning noisy or squeaky beds. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects like location, views, and staff friendliness stood out for most visitors.
