Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. Many also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, which contributed positively to their stay. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for several guests, with repeated mentions of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. Room size and comfort were generally appreciated, though some found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, the positives of location and service stood out, but cleanliness issues detracted from the experience for some.
