World Center Hotel- Great time
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel- It was very close to the 911 memorial and the Brooklyn Bridge where we were touring. The rooms were on the small side but very comfortable and clean and modern. All possible accommodations were even in the small space. Staff was lovely and the dining room at the top of the hotel had a great view.
Breakfast was great- food good and the views unbeatable- however the staff was little unprepared. Omelet station ran out of gas- food took a little while to get replenished - All in all everything was corrected and since we were in no hurry- it wasn't really a problem.
Good location but very poor value for money spent.
Location was best for business.
Hotel was good but service not what was expected delay in releasing car from valet parking
Bad customer service
Would stay there again
We picked the hotel because of its price and location. Very nice design, clever use of space. We had a handicap accessible room and it worked great.
Modern and clean. Very secure.
Clean rooms, the staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly (gave us an upgrade, too!), great price, rooftop restaurant/bar had great views and a nice happy hour.
There is a lot of construction near Ground Zero which can make it a little noisy during weekdays, but obviously that's not their fault and it really wasn't anything terrible. And over the weekend there was no noise at all.
Clean nice hotel near ground zero. Subway sations near as well as some restaurants. A suite was not very large, but comfortable for four people. A special price was very resonable for quality of hotel and service.
Construction noise may disturb in some rooms, not a problem for us. A suite was booked for four people, but towels etc. only for three. After complaint an extra was gotten, but same problem next day.
The location was great. The room was adorable. The staff was very freindly and courteous
The hotel was clean , the room was just the right size. The services provided are very good (free internet access, with yourown pc in your bedroom, or in the pc room, where you can print out your check-in on-line; free water provided; gym facilities). The hotel is in the Financial district, very close to the subway station, so in 15 minutes you can be at Time Square). The staff was helpful.
I found a little hole in the bed-sheet, but I believe that was just something that can happen once in a while. Compared to many other hotels in NY the World Center had a reasonable price, but still I found it quite expensive...250 Dollars for just one night (it was the night of the Marathon though, so prices were quite high everywhere)! I guess that's just NY!
The hotel restaurant was brilliant. The location for Downtown exploration was amazing. Fantastic value for money.
The was no pan for the hob in the room.
It was convenient in Manhattan, and the staff was very helpful.
A little noisy with the construction nearby of the new Freedom Tower
Quiet environment like being at home with excellent service. Close to business excellent positioning
The location was perfect, in my case the staff was awesome. For me everything was better than I planned.
I like everything .. The Price was great.Location , room...
Excellent price and location, friendly staff, very clean, nice decor, pleasant modern atmosphere.
Elevators were slow, but that was getting fixed.
